The apprentice will join the Apps Team and support ongoing developing of Power Platform Solutions, Dynamics 365 and SAP This will include producing Robotic Process Automation & AI bots, create & update analytic reports using Power BI, with data from SQL and external API’s

The main duties of the role consist of:

  • Process Mapping with departments around the business
  • Evaluating processes for weakness and suggesting improvements
  • Using RPA to assist departments with workloads and improve services provided to customers

Telecoms Engineer

BDR Group is offering a fantastic opportunity for a telecoms engineer with up to date experience of installing, supporting and maintaining On-Premise and Hosted Systems. You will join their IT/Telecoms Support and Installation Team, reporting to the Service Director, providing clients with support and installation services to industry best practices.

The successful applicant will be based at either BDR Group’s office in Stratford upon Avon or Aylesford, Kent. Administrative tasks, troubleshooting, telephone-based training, remote equipment configuration and support can be carried out from the office however you will be required to travel throughout the United Kingdom to survey, install, train and where necessary troubleshoot and repair equipment.

You will be expected to work closely with customers, other engineers, and project managers. You must be accustomed to working with a variety of systems and software and be experienced in connecting systems with analogue, ISDN and SIP trunks and using Voice Networking.

Fire Project Engineer

BDR Technical Solutions are an established multi-service business in the Kent area. They currently have an exciting new role within the security department and are looking for an experienced fire project engineer to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.   • Build relationships with BDR Directors, Managers and Staff to ensure the required support levels are obtained to efficiently close sales and deliver on projects. * Build strong networks and relationships to facilitate sales growth.
  • Maintain fluency in current and emerging technologies, trends and products.
  • Travel to customer locations in support of the sales process as necessary.
  • Maintain consistent communications with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be a trusted and valued partner of the client stakeholders and team. Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong relationship builder as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborative, team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to sell across an organisation by finding the right stakeholders and effectively bringing them through the sales process to make a timely buying decision.
  • Self-motivated, driven with leadership qualities.
  • Open to feedback and coaching.
  • Dynamic presentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong analysis, interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and respect.

Experience

  • Telecoms, Internet, Networks or other Technology Services : 2 years (Preferred)
  • B2B Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

A salary and benefits package comprising a competitive Basic Salary, Car Allowance and Commission Package offering an OTE of c£60k (no ceiling).
