BDR take on Miles For Mind

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. Mind believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They will listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.

We’re on a mission to bring people together to raise money & awareness for mental health through running/walking. Throughout the month of May, 9 teams are battling it out to see who can clock up the most miles, all with targets of 200 miles between them. This is a combined effort and every little counts!

We need your help to raise as much money as possible to ensure that each and every person that requires the help of Mind can receive this help and support. We are asking if you would make a donation to our JustGiving Page. Any amount would be appreciated – it all goes to a wonderful cause, and every little bit helps our colleagues to reach their goal.

 Mental Health Awareness week is 10th – 17th May 2021, so we will be getting the running/walking (and conversation) going!
