Reporting To: 
Operations Director

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Hard Facilities Management / Building Maintenance
  • Project Management experience within commercial environment
  • Managing customer enquiries, completing quotations and tenders
  • Management skills to deliver projects in conjunction with Partnering Companies covering a diverse range of services offered within Building Maintenance
  • Understanding & Interpretation of SFG20 and HTM standards
  • Understanding of Maintenance Service Levels and Profit and Loss management
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Role will consist of: 

  • Compliance Management
  • Staff Management
  • Financial Management
  • Efficiency Management
  • Quality Assurance and Health and Safety
  • Customer Management and Reporting
  • Developing and expanding the FM Division of Icom

Preferably based in Kent.
