Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Hard Facilities Management / Building Maintenance
- Project Management experience within commercial environment
- Managing customer enquiries, completing quotations and tenders
- Management skills to deliver projects in conjunction with Partnering Companies covering a diverse range of services offered within Building Maintenance
- Understanding & Interpretation of SFG20 and HTM standards
- Understanding of Maintenance Service Levels and Profit and Loss management
- Full UK Driving Licence
Role will consist of:
- Compliance Management
- Staff Management
- Financial Management
- Efficiency Management
- Quality Assurance and Health and Safety
- Customer Management and Reporting
- Developing and expanding the FM Division of Icom
