BDR Group have completed the acquisition of the TFM Group. Loughborough based TFM were established in 1995 and in recent years focused primarily on managed service provision in enterprise and SME markets.
TFM brings SD-Wan specialists and experience to BDR Group, who are already delivering Software Defined WAN in the enterprise sector. In addition to this, TFM will be bolstering the mobile offering of BDR Group by doubling its Mobile & IOT base in size.
Founded in 1991, BDR Group is an owner-managed provider of unified comms, IT, mobile, cloud and security services, to private and public sector clients across multiple verticals. The group is headquartered in Stratford-upon-Avon and operates out of several offices with over 200 staff.
According to BDR Managing Director Malek Rahimi, “TFM Group adds circa £5m revenues – bringing BDR ahead of its planned results for 2023”.
Mr. Rahimi added that “TFM is the second acquisition in 2023 and we will shortly be announcing two further acquisitions that are due for completion”.
