Sibley Pares LLP is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents based in Maidstone, and operating throughout Kent and the South East. They asked Icom to update the customer’s existing telephony system in order to install our hosted telephony system.
The BDR approach
In order to install this new solution, our team had to remove their existing Panasonic PBX system, as well as replace their 34 telephones with new handsets.
The transition from the old system to the new one was smooth and trouble free.
